Hi there. Thanks for checking out my work. Yes, it’s Bem with an “M.” My parents tell me it means “Peace” in the Tiv language of Nigeria. And I guess it also means “Good” in Portuguese. As for living up to my name, I try my best daily. On both fronts.
I have a strong work ethic, a passion for the ridiculous and an impressive collection of old cereal boxes. After living in Rome for three years, I’d like to believe I’m Italian. But I actually look like a well-fed Viking. And I’m probably one of the most American guys you’ll ever meet.
I live in SE Portland with my wife and our small but powerful dog.
